Tracking skills assessment
Decided at the initiative of the employee, tracking skills allows to consider career development, making the stock of skills and abilities, but also on the expectations, motivations and interests. The skills assessment is an opportunity for genuine self-reflection, to develop a professional project, including whether or not a training project.
The skills assessment Recipient is the main actor of this approach: it is up to him to update and identify with clarity its values and objectives.
Drawing on the skills approach of tools and personality, this investigation is also based on an analysis of career made by the employee during the skills assessment.
It is extracted, on this basis:
- The skills developed through the different experiences
- The characteristics of his personality involved in behavior and attitudes to work
- Psychological needs and motivations for the organization, the environment and work content, its interests
